Dr. Richard Noland - Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Richard Noland holds a Ph.D. from Oregon State University, School of Education with
an emphasis in Adult Education and two minors in Economics and Sociology. He has been consulting
with and providing effective training to a wide variety of organizations for over thirty years.
He has an extensive background in corporate culture, executive coaching, and strategic planning.
Mr. Charlie Benitez - Chief Operations Officer
Charlie brings thirty years of experience in education and clinical social work to
HRCentralâs Leadership Team. His experience in administration and organization includes the State
of Oregonâs school counseling program, managing a federal program for the Oregon Department of
education, and working in the alcohol and mental health systems to diagnose clients and assess
organizational systems. Charlie has published articles in journals and conducted numerous
trainings and presentations both locally and nationally. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts in
Management of Human Resources and a Masters of Social Work.
Mr. David Noland - President
David brings to the HRCentral leadership team over ten years of experience in online
technologies and implementation support for clients and financial institutions including online
banking, payroll, human resources, training and benefit management. David's background includes
team management and group communications. David holds a BS in Management & Communication and is
continuing his education as a law student at Willamette University College of Law, focusing on
labor law and employment.
Mr. Sean Banks, J.D., M.Div. - Executive Vice President
Sean brings over ten years of experience as a human resources consultant and has represented management
in labor and executive contract negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, personnel investigations and
disciplinary & discharge proceedings. Sean earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington,
his Master of Divinity from Faith Lutheran Seminary, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette
University College of Law. Sean also holds a certificate in Negotiating Labor Agreements from the
Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and a certificate in Basic Mediation from the Oregon
Department of Justice. Prior to law school Sean was a police officer in Tacoma, WA, for six years and
served in the US Army during which time he was awarded the bronze star for his service in Operation
Desert Storm.
Mr. Jon Meyers, J.D., M.B.A., C.C.P. - Internal Compliance
Jon holds both a law degree and MBA from Willamette University. He is also a Certified
Compensation Professional (C.C.P). In addition to serving HR Central's clients, Jon is a faculty
member at Corban College, where he teaches human resources in the school's undergraduate and M.B.A.
programs. Prior to joining HR Central, Jon was a senior consultant in the human resources consulting
group at Ernst & Young LLP. At E&Y, his clients ranged from Fortune 500 companies with global
operations to small high-tech manufacturers and financial institutions. Jon also developed and
conducted training sessions on executive compensation and employee benefits for Ernst & Young
University, the firm's national training program.
Mr. Michael Noland, M.C.P. - Chief Technology Officer
A former Microsoft Certified trainer and an award winning software engineer, Michael has
over ten years of experience in software design and implementation with a primary focus on extranets,
information systems and collaboration software. In addition to managing our IT group he is the
engineer that designed our proprietary HRCentral.net suite of human resource tools.
Mr. Tyson Pruett, CPA - Chief Financial Officer
Tyson joined HRCentral in the winter of 2004. He has over 12 years of experience in payroll,
taxes and auditing. He not only provides financial management leadership to HRCentral Corporation
but also is involved with our payroll services department in supporting our clients.
